At TMF, we take a proactive approach to our customer requests. Our customers requested we offer zinc plating in addition to our other plating options. We listened to their request and we are pleased to announce the opening of a fully automated state-of-the-art Zinc plating line.
TMF has the largest tank capacity in the Western New York Region. We can process parts as small as ½” to parts that are 65” long.
Whether your company requires small batches or millions of parts, we can accommodate your zinc plating requirements. We offer rack plated, alkaline zinc. We offer three-chromate color choices: Clear, Yellow and Black.
Alkaline Zinc exhibits good brightness, ductility and chromate receptivity. It also exhibits reliable, consistent coverage and a cost effective coating for corrosion protection.
Zinc plating is used extensively for Auto, Aerospace and Military applications.
At TMF we offer Zinc to:

- Type I – No color, no chromate
- Type II – Colored Chromate
- Type III – Clear/Silver Chromate
- Type V – RoHS Clear
- Type VI – RoHS Black
