At TMF, we take a proactive approach to our customer requests. Our customers requested we offer zinc plating in addition to our other plating options. We listened to their requests and we are pleased to announce the opening of a fully automated, state-of-the-art Zinc plating line.

We offer rack plated, alkaline zinc. We offer three-chromate color choices: Clear, Yellow and
Black. Alkaline Zinc exhibits good brightness, ductility and chromate receptivity. It also exhibits
reliable, consistent coverage and a cost effective coating for corrosion protection. Zinc plating
is used extensively for Auto, Aerospace and Military applications to name a few. All of our Zinc plating meets Mil Spec. ASTM B-633. Certificates of Compliance issued upon request.

TMF has the largest tank capacity in the Western New York Region. We can process parts as
small as 1/2” to parts that are 60” long. In addition, whether your company requires small
batches or millions of parts, we can accomodate your zinc plating requirements. We recognize
that timing is critical so we guarantee our customers a quick turnaround.
