applications in lengths up to 5 ft. long. Electroless Nickel deposits a uniform coating regardless
of the shape or the part or surface irregularities. Tompkins Metal Finishing with its computer
controlled Nickel baths maintains the tightest tolerances in the industry. Because the coating
is deposited chemically rather than with electricity, the problems normally associated with
electroplating are typically avoided.

Our electroless nickel, which is the highest quality available, has superior chemical and
atmospheric corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, freedom from porosity, controlled
hardness, and overall uniformity of deposit. TMF has compelte baking facilities whether it is
for increased hardness or hydrogen embrittlement.
