TMF offers mid- to high-volume sulfuric acid anodizing in lengths up to 10 ft. long. This is
the conventional, most widely used form of anodizing in use today. Anodizing is not a
plating process. Unlike plating, anodizing does not deposit any materials onto the metal
surface. It is a complex series of steps involving precleaning, etching, deoxidizng, anodizing,
dyeing and sealing with careful rinsing after each immersion.

Our quality comes from establishing the exact standards of immersion times, solution
temperatures, chemical concentrations and electrical conditions. At TMF we can achieve a
wide range of surface finishes from bright to dull matte in clear, black, gold, blue and red.
